Below you will find the required programs offered for our Councils duties. There are still openings for anyone to pick what he is knowledgiable and  confident to lead and participate in. It has been grouped into a more manageable related size coverage for individual.

Each of the committeeʼs listed above welcome additional volunteers, if you have an interest in assisting with any of these, please contact the respective Director to learn how to get involved. Also, if you have any suggestions for other avenues we may consider, I invite you to contact me, or any other member of our executive, to discuss them further.

First Degree candidates, ensure each has:


Please review the information below before sending a candidate to a degree...


1. Signed Form 100 (must be the new one - all old green Form 100's should be destroyed) and signed the council's Constitutional Roll (Supply form # 343E/F) [bring to degree]


2. First Degree Kit (Supreme item # 531E

Kit containsthe Rosary, lapel pin and  "These Men Called Knights" booklet.


3. A membership card (For First degrees the member # will be blank - F.S. go to Supreme’s website: “Member Billing, Membership Cards, Blank Membership Card Template” - print on sheet fed membership cards: order #2724).


For all 2nd & 3rd Degrees please ensure:


A valid membership card showing they have achieved the prior degree (must be signed by GK & FS). 


A Form SO37 listing each member taking the degree.  

Form must be signed by GK/FS and Degree Team Captain then faxed / scanned & emailed to. State.stateoffice@ontraiokofc.ca

Thank you for the protection, service and duties that are provided.
Thank you for times of dedication and willingness to serve.
Provide the ability to have a strong and growing personal relationship with God.
Forgiveness for human imperfections and often cynical attitudes.
Provide humility when needing to acknowledge mistakes.
Provide for their family. Put a hedge of protection around each one and all their activities 
Provide physical health for balancing career and family and service to the council.
Provide that members are approachable, understanding and encouraging
Provide help to maintain, rely upon and apply training and skills.
Provide passion for excellence and not just success.
Provide patience in dealing with irritating people and circumstances.
Provide renewing rest in the midst of changing schedules.
Provide the ability to be able to effectively make good decisions 
Provide the ability to deal with stress in a healthy manner..
Provide a strong work ethic but not to become a workaholic
Provide help to be fair and impartial in performance of duties.
Provide the ability to see a strengthened public attitude towards the council.
Provide the ability to build confidence with the public.
Provide physical safety while enjoying off duty time.
Provide both physical and mental courage.
Provide strength to overcome temptation in a position of trust.
Provide integrity to be the same person of character at all times
Provide conviction when speaking with authority as one under authority.
Provide true loyalty towards the organization and superiors
Provide diligence in efforts to advance in position or assignment.
