The proceeds from fund raising at the Filipino Community Centre last Sunday, Feb 26, 2006 will address the concern of the survivor’s relocation. They should be provided with a permanent shelter away from the foot of the mountain, from the danger of another mudslide. There are people from 7 to 10 villages at the foot of the mountain that were relocated. They are now in temporary sheltered in high schools and elementary school building in the town proper of St. Bernard.
